Tropical Fruit Salsa

1 mango (peeled pitted and chopped)

1 papaya (peeled pitted and chopped)

2 kiwi fruits (peeled and chopped)

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)

tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)

1 jalapeno chile (seeded and finely chopped)

2 scoops/packets of Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL. FOR BEST RESULTS, CHILL 2 HOURS BEFORE SERVING. USE AS A TOPPING ON MEATS OR AS A DIP WITH VEGETABLES OR TORTILLA CHIPS.
