Did you know Vitamins can either be fat-soluble or water-soluble?

This distinguishes whether a vitamin completely has to be consumed daily, or can be stored in the body to be used as needed. Vitamin A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble. People that are restricting fat from their diets (i.e. skim milk, fat free, etc.) may not be getting enough fat soluble vitamins from their diets.
