Buffalo Chicken Dip with Prebiotic Fiber!

Buffalo-Chicken-DipThrowing a Super Bowl Party? It’s all about the appetizers! This is a delicious and easy recipe from Hy-Vee, and with some help of our Prebiotic Fiber, you can incorporate added nutritional benefit!

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz each) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. ranch salad dressing
  • 3/4 c. hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10 oz each) cans Hormel premium chicken breast, drained
  • Crackers, tortilla chips, bread and celery sticks
  • Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber, 1 scoop = 1 serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheese until well blended. {Add fiber to mixture} Gently stir in chicken.
  2. Spoon dip into 2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread and celery sticks for dipping.
