sweet and spicy meatballs


  • 1/2 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee cherry cola
  • 3 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 1 (14 oz) package Armour® original meatballs
  • Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber, optional for added nutritional benefit! 1 scoop = 1 serving


  1. In a skillet or saucepan, mix brown sugar, cherry cola and jalapenos. Bring to a light boil over medium heat. Continue to boil 7 to 10 minutes, or until sauce begins to thicken. {Add fiber to the sauce}
  2. Meanwhile, cook meatballs according to package directions. Add to glaze mixture, tossing to coat and serve.
