Artichoke Aioli

Artichoke-AioliAn easy, delicious appetizer tip to make on gamedays! Whether you’re tailgating, or watching from home…you will love this recipe from Hy-Vee!

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
  • Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
  • Assorted dippers, such as crackers or fresh vegetables
  • Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber Optional for added nutritional benefit!

Instructions:

  1. Place mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning {Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber} into a food processor. Pulse to blend until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with assorted dippers.
