Mini Pizzas

Mini-PizzasEverybody loves Pizza! This is the perfect recipe that you can easily customize to suit your own personal preferences. The whole family can make their own personal pizza!


  • 1 (12 ounce) can Hy-Vee homestyle Texas style biscuits
  • 1 c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, cooked
  • 1 c. mini pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar
  • Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber, Optional for added nutritional benefit!


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly space biscuits on a non-stick baking sheet or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each of the biscuits in the center, forming a crust around the perimeter, to about 4-1/2 inches in diameter. {Mix fiber into pizza sauce} Spread pizza sauce on each flattened biscuit and top with green pepper, red pepper, Italian sausage, mini pepperoni and cheeses.
  2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
