adult-fitness-barSpring is here and with a new season it’s the perfect time to incorporate new, healthy recipes into your diet! Try this quick snack from Hy-Vee that you’ll love!

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. Hy-Vee quick oats
  • 1 c. vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 c. chia seed
  • 1 c. pepitas
  • 1 c. dried gogi berries
  • 1 c. cashew butter
  • 3/4 c. Grand Selections pure maple syrup
  • Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber – optional, for added nutritional benefit!

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until combined. Press evenly into a greased 8-by-8-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.

Serves: 16 (1 bar each)
