Cranberry Walnut Bars – Gluten Free!

Cranberry Walnut Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. organic applesauce
  • 2 Hy-Vee large eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 (22 ounce) package Full Circle™ cookie mix
  • 3/4 c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces
  • *Added nutritional benefit: Add 2 scoops Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber! (It’s gluten free!)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine applesauce, eggs and water in a large bowl. Add cookie mix and blend well. Stir in cranberries and walnut pieces.
  3. Spread cookie mixture into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
