Keeping a journal of your progress can be inspiring. Rather than just seeing where you are today or yesterday, you have the ability to see how far you’ve come and where you plan to be. This can also help you to develop a schedule and a fitness routine. Make exercise a priority, even if it’s just going for a walk. Start slow and track your progress and improvements over time!
