Omega-3 and Fiber Intake Reduces Risk for Heart Disease

We want to begin today talking about the Pinnaclife Omega-3 Fatty Acids nutritional supplement. The American Heart Association could not overlook the importance of omega-3 supplements with its EPA and DHA health benefits. The American Heart Association has written an official position paper on the omega-3 supplements and they recommend its use. The American Heart Association position paper is on our website and is a physicians reference link. Of note, the Pinnaclife Omega-3 product is the only fish oil supplement that we know of that meets the American Heart Association potency and purity standards. On average, men who died suddenly of cardiac heart failure, had low levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Among men who had the highest level of fatty acids, there was a 72% reduction in sudden cardiac deaths when compared to those with the lowest.

The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) reported in 2002 on the clinical findings of the nurses health study that followed 84,688 woman for 16 years. They reported a 30% lower risk of heart attacks or death of those consuming 3 servings of fish per week. For those that do not eat these 3-4 servings of fish per week, your answer is in fish oil supplements and you can find that with the Pinnaclife Omega-3 supplement.

Next we look at the miracleOlivamine Cleanse Fiber supplement and how it is directly related to cardiovascular disease. In a 2005 study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, they found that an increase in dietary fiber intake provided a significant reduction in the risk of elevated BMI, which is obesity. The study recommends at least 25 grams of fiber per day, when most of us only consume around 11 grams per day. The protective effect of fiber against cardiovascular disease required intakes above 30 and 35 grams of fiber per day. The archives of internal medicine in 2004 reported in a 6-10 year follow up on 91,000 men and 245,000 woman that after adjusting for other risk factors, there is a 14% decrease in the risk of coronary disease for each 10 grams of fiber added daily to the diet. This means to you that each scoop of our Cleanse Fiber you take each day, can reduce your risk of coronary disease by 14% and this is studying nearly 400,000 people for 10 years. Finally, research reported in 2003 in the journal Nutrition found that fiber reduced C-reactive protein levels and cardiovascular risks. High amounts of fiber were consistent with lower levels of cardiovascular disease!
