- 1/2 c. freshly squeezed Cara Cara orange juice (from 1 to 2 Cara Cara oranges)
- 1/2 to 1 c. fresh mango slices
- 1/2 c. Hy-Vee vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. ice
- 1 scoop Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber
