- 1 c. Hy-Vee margarine
- 1 c. Hy-Vee baking cocoa
- 2 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Hy-Vee salt
- 4 Hy-Vee eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Hy-Vee flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Hy-Vee vanilla
- *Added nutritional benefit – 2 scoops Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine.
- Stir in baking cocoa, sugar and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Stir well. (also add in the fiber!)
- Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
