- 4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- ¼ c. honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 kiwifruits, peeled and coarsely chopped
- ¾ c. dried cranberries
- 1 c. crunchy cereal (like lowfat granola, Cheerios or Wheat Chex)

- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
- With a tall glass, begin with a layer of yogurt. Follow with a layer of kiwi and cranberries. Add a layer of cereal.
- Continue two more times, ending with berries and cereal. Repeat for the remaining glasses.
- Serve immediately.
