Friday Fiber Food Recipe!

Thank you to Hy-Vee dietitian from Waverly, Iowa for providing us with this amazing no bake recipe!

Granola Bar Bites

  • 2 cups Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 cup Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup Nuts
  • 1 cup Dried Fruit
  • 1 cup Soy Nut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 2 scoops Pinnaclife Prebiotic Fiber (by adding 2 scoops of our fiber you are adding 20 grams.  The recommended daily amount is 25-30 grams per day.  What an easy way to get your daily fiber intake!)
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until combined.  Shape into bite-size balls.  Chill until firm.
